If any Vendor has any grievance regarding access by such Vendor to contracting opportunities by Essensa, please provide a detailed description of the grievance in writing to Essensa at the following address:

Upon receipt of such written description, Essensa will review the complaint and respond appropriately within 30 days.

HGPII Independent Evaluation Services

Vendors may also register a complaint and request grievance mediation services through HGPII. HGPII utilizes the services of the American Arbitration Association® (AAA).
